Shipping Policy
Shipping takes up to 48 hours and deliveries arrive from Monday to Friday via Parcelforce, you will need to be home to take delivery.
Any orders made on Thursday or Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We are working on our processes to guarantee delivery within 24 hours and hope to implement this at the earliest opportunity.
Shipping is currently £6 for orders under £50.
We offer free shipping for orders over £50.
We deliver to mainland UK via Parcelforce, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and The Hebrides.
You will receive an SMS and email from Parcelforce with a tracking link.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We cannot accept returns on our products as we use fresh ingredients, but if for any reason you aren't happy with your delivery please let us know via our contact page and we will be in touch as quickly as possible, we want to provide you with the best possible experience, so will go above and beyond to remedy anything that has gone wrong.
If we send out a replacement for any faulty goods we may ask you to return this item prior to sending out a new one.
On receipt of your return, we will inspect the item, and confirm with you if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
